The primary resources we recommend for compensation data are Option Impact, Radford, and Pave. They each have some pros/cons, but are all free for Redpoint companies that submit anonymized comp data on their employees. The earlier in your company's growth you get access, the less work it will be and the more impact it can have on your compensation philosophy.

Option Impact: The current de facto standard for VC-backed tech startups. Free access for all VC-backed companies who sign up HERE and directly submit their compensation data.
Pave: New startup that operates via API rather than manual data submission. Their data set is growing quickly and we hope this will become the standard. Redpoint companies can sign up HERE, or view more information on the partnership here.
Radford: Largest company and data set, though typically only useful for very late-stage companies. Contact Atli if this is needed and we will get the data you need.
